A&A Move Consultants will conduct a complete survey of each lab.
Planning:

We inventory the number of benches in each lab. We submit in writing a list of all floor equipment and specialized bench equipment.

We take extensive notes for all vendors, including the chemical company, moving company and vendor support for specialized equipment.

We review all logistics for elevator access and truck access to the loading docks.

We develop a draft of the overall move schedule and distribute complete move schedules specific to each lab. We also develop a draft of all tissue culture equipment schedules.

As the project begins, we will conduct move coordination meetings with each Principle Investigator (PI) and Lab Manager. This also includes attending various planning meetings as the project progresses. A&A will conduct pre-move seminars with members of each lab in order to assure good quality.
- We develop and implement a unique numbering system for each lab. After surveying your lab, we will assign a number to each bench to assure your supplies and equipment get to a specific area. We also distribute equipment plans to each lab with the appropriate numbering system.
- We also review each individual floor equipment for your lab. Once each piece is established, we will print and post equipment signs to their respective destination location.
Supervision Support:

A&A will provide a Manager on-site for each chemical move, and two Managers on-site for each equipment and content move.

There will always be a Manager on-site for your post-move activity to assure a smooth transition.
